Single Point Hoops


Working out with aerial hoops is definitely a more advanced exercise. Aerial hoops (often referred to as Lyra hoops) have one or two points of contact for rigging it up with either one or two suspension cables. A single point Lyra hoop provides much less stability, however, as a result of it only having the one point of contact. This means that you’ll be doing much more spinning and rotating when engaging in aerial training with your single point Lyra hoop. This may be a downside to those new to the world of aerial fitness—we recommend this product for those looking for an even greater challenge as their skill grows.
